A colostrum can be improved with Selenium content.<\/h4>\n

Our preprint is now published\u00a0in\u00a0MDPI dairy\u00a0by our lead scientist\u00a0Pauline Delhez<\/p>\n

Because we like progress and knnowledge through investigation\u00a0in Farm management, our focus on calf health has brought our technical and research teams to analyse the Selenium content of Colostrum in well supplemented cowcalf Belgian Blue farms<\/p>\n

We were able to show that Selenium supplementation is not the minimum requirement, the form and level of Organic selenium (selenoproteins) and quality of protein intake are key to an improved colostral selenium.<\/p>\n

Calf health matters for stronger and wealthier animals, Colostrum is a technical tool, with 3 level of settings :
\n– Quality (>80g IgG in colostrum)
\n– Quantity (>300g IgG in 24h)
\n– Boost factors (trace-elements, Selenium >80\u00b5g\/L, composition)<\/p>\n<\/div>
