DOI: 10.1111\/rda.14019.<\/p>\n<p>CONTEXTE<\/p>\n<p>Multiples sont les facteurs susceptibles d\u2019influence le % de gestation apr\u00e8s un transfert d\u2019embryon (TE). Ils concernent la donneuse et donc la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019embryon (stade, frais ou congel\u00e9) mais \u00e9galement la receveuse (race, qualit\u00e9 du corps jaune, degr\u00e9 de synchronisation avec le stade de l\u2019embryon, importance de la synth\u00e8se d\u2019interf\u00e9ron \u2026) et la manipulation du tractus g\u00e9nital rendue n\u00e9cessaire par le transfert. Celle-ci s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une augmentation de la synth\u00e8se de PGF2\u03b1.<\/p>\n<p>En un mot comme en cent, r\u00e9duire la synth\u00e8se de la PGF2\u03b1 par l\u2019injection d\u2019un AINS est de nature \u00e0 favoriser le maintien d\u2019une gestation.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, les auteurs de l\u2019\u00e9tude ont transf\u00e9r\u00e9 un embryon de qualit\u00e9 1 ou 2 dans le 1\/3 sup\u00e9rieur de la corne ut\u00e9rine \u00e0 295 receveuses qui pr\u00e9sentaient un corps jaune de diam\u00e8tre &gt; 15 mm. 85 \u00e9taient des vaches Angus, 130 des vaches Holstein et 80 des g\u00e9nisses Holstein.\u00a0 L\u2019AINS \u00e0 savoir la flunixine meglumine (FM : 1,1 mg\/kg) a \u00e9t\u00e9 inject\u00e9e par voie IM le jour du transfert (G1), le jour du transfert et aux jours 8 et 9 apr\u00e8s le transfert (G2). Le groupe contr\u00f4le (G3) n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9. Le constat de gestation a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9 30 \u00e0 35 jours apr\u00e8s le transfert par \u00e9chographie.<\/p>\n<p>Les % de gestation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respectivement de 43,5\u00a0; 42,5 et de 24,6 chez les vaches Angus, les g\u00e9nisses Holstein et les vaches Holstein. Ils sont \u00e9t\u00e9 significativement sup\u00e9rieurs dans le groupe 2.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019injection d\u2019un AINS a vraisemblablement eu pour effet de r\u00e9duire la synth\u00e8se de PGF2\u03b1 et ainsi de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019embryon avec comme cons\u00e9quences une meilleure synth\u00e8se d\u2019interf\u00e9ron et une augmentation des chances de gestation.<\/p>\n<p>Le manque d\u2019effet observ\u00e9 chez la vache Holstein serait imputable \u00e0 l\u2019effet n\u00e9gatif de la production laiti\u00e8re connue pour augmenter le catabolisme de la progest\u00e9rone. On sait par ailleurs que l\u2019excitabilit\u00e9 de certaines races \u00e0 viande en augmente le stress et r\u00e9duit les chances de gestation.
