Dairy Sci. 2022, 105:831\u2013841 <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3168\/jds.2021-21011\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3168\/jds.2021-21011<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>JUSTIFICATIONS DE L\u2019ETUDE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019injection d\u2019une GnRH lors de l\u2019\u0153strus ou au moment de l\u2019ins\u00e9mination est depuis longtemps recommand\u00e9e pour am\u00e9liorer la fertilit\u00e9 compte tenu du fait que ce traitement favorise l\u2019ovulation et induit un meilleur d\u00e9veloppement lut\u00e9al. Les r\u00e9sultats observ\u00e9s varient ou non avec le num\u00e9ro de l\u2019ins\u00e9mination, la nature et la dose de la GnRH, l\u2019exploitation, le num\u00e9ro de lactation, la saison, le niveau de production laiti\u00e8re etc\u2026.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019injection d\u2019une GnRH serait davantage recommandable chez les vaches dont l\u2019activit\u00e9 durant l\u2019\u0153strus est moindre (enregistrement au moyen d\u2019un syst\u00e8me automatique (Burnett et al. 2019)<\/li>\n<li>Selon une metaanalyse, l\u2019effet de la GnRh serait davantage observ\u00e9 chez les vaches infertiles (&gt; 2 IA) et \u00e0 une dose \u2265250 \u00b5g (Morgan et Lean 1993).<\/li>\n<li>Le % d\u2019anomalies d\u2019ovulation (absence ou retard) serait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez les vaches d\u00e9tect\u00e9es en chaleur par observation visuelle (6,5 \u00e0 44 %\u00a0: Sartori et al., 2004; L\u00f3pez-Gatius et al., 2005) qu\u2019au moyen d\u2019un syst\u00e8me automatique (1,3 \u00e0 5 %\u00a0: Valenza et al., 2012; Schilkowsky et al., 2021).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LEURS QUESTIONS<\/p>\n<p>Question 1 : l\u2019injection d\u2019une GnRH (100 \u00b5g d\u2019ac\u00e9tate de gonador\u00e9line) au moment de l\u2019ins\u00e9mination am\u00e9liore-t-elle le % de gestation dans les exploitations (398 vaches de 4 exploitations laiti\u00e8res : 11.800 \u00e0 14.097 kg\/an) se basant sur l\u2019observation visuelle des chaleurs ou l\u2019utilisation de marqueurs de chevauchement ?<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9ponse\u00a0: aucun effet significatif sur les param\u00e8tres physiologiques et hormonaux \u00e9tudi\u00e9s ou sur les de gestation (Figures 1 et 2).<\/p>\n<p>Question 2 : l\u2019injection d\u2019une GnRH (100 \u00b5g d\u2019ac\u00e9tate de gonador\u00e9line) au moment de l\u2019ins\u00e9mination am\u00e9liore-t-elle le % de gestation dans une exploitation (409 vaches: 10.100 kg\/an) se basant sur la d\u00e9tection des chaleurs au moyen d\u2019un collier d\u2019activit\u00e9 (Heattime) ?<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9ponse\u00a0: aucun effet significatif sur les pourcentages de gestation (Figure 2).<\/p>\n<p>MORALITE<\/p>\n<p>Cet essai clinique nous invite \u00e0 utiliser une GnRH que chez les vaches infertiles (&gt; 2IA) exemptes de toute autre pathologie susceptibles d\u2019expliquer leur infertilit\u00e9\u00a0(infections ut\u00e9rines cliniques ou subcliniques, pneumovagin) et ayant fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une d\u00e9tection optimale des chaleurs.
