Les concentrations en progest\u00e9rone (P4) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es 2 jours avant l\u2019IA, lors de l\u2019IA et lors de la r\u00e9colte de l\u2019embryon et celles de l\u2019oestradiol 2 jours apr\u00e8s l\u2019injection de la PGF2a. Le nombre de blastom\u00e8res de bonne qualit\u00e9 ou non et de spermatozo\u00efdes accessoires a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 une fois la r\u00e9colte effectu\u00e9e.\u00a0 Un examen \u00e9chographique ovarien a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 lors de l\u2019ins\u00e9mination. Un seul taureau a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour les ins\u00e9minations.<\/p>\n<p>QUELQUES UNES DE LEURS OBSERVATIONS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un embryon\/ovocyte a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 sur 46,6 % des vaches.<\/li>\n<li>Les % d\u2019embryons r\u00e9colt\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les suivants\u00a0: 35 % d\u2019embryons bons \u00e0 excellents, 21 % d\u2019embryons de qualit\u00e9 acceptable, 11 % d\u2019embryons de faible qualit\u00e9, 16 % d\u2019embryons d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s et 17 % d\u2019ovocytes non f\u00e9cond\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Lors de l\u2019IA, 72 % des vaches avaient un score corporel &gt; 2.5.<\/li>\n<li>Les concentrations en P4 2 jours avant l\u2019IA (\u2265 2 ng), lors de l\u2019IA (&lt; 0.5 ng) et lors de la r\u00e9colte (\u2265 2 ng) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respectivement de 76, 80 et 48 %.<\/li>\n<li>Les % des embryons pr\u00e9sentant \u2264 7 ou &gt; 7 spermatozo\u00efdes accessoires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respectivement de 48 et 52 % (0 \u00e0 300 spermatozo\u00efdes par embryon ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nombr\u00e9s).<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e0 95 blastom\u00e8res par embryon ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nombr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QUE RETENIR<\/p>\n<p>Une lut\u00e9olyse aussi compl\u00e8te que possible (&lt;0,5 ng de P4) contribue \u00e0 augmenter la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019embryon et donc les chances de gestation. Une double injection de PGF2a ne serait-elle pas \u00e0 envisager puisqu\u2019elle contribue \u00e0 augmenter le % de gestation (Carvalho et al. Theriogenology 2018;114:165-172)\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>La concentration en oestradiol lors de l\u2019IA est sans influence sur le nombre de spermatozo\u00efdes accessoires qui ne d\u00e9pendrait donc pas des contractions ut\u00e9rines.
