JDS Communications. 2023; 4:155\u2013160. <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3168\/jdsc.2022-0286\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3168\/jdsc.2022-0286<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019hCG et la GnRH sont dot\u00e9s d\u2019effets ovulatoire et lut\u00e9otrope. A ce titre, elles contribuent \u00e0 augmenter directement ou indirectement par l\u2019induction d\u2019un corps jaune accessoire la progest\u00e9ron\u00e9mie et ce faisant la probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une gestation apr\u00e8s une ins\u00e9mination ou le transfert d\u2019un embryon.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude se propose d\u2019analyser prioritairement (1) les effets de ces hormones, (2) celui du stade de l\u2019embryon obtenu in vitro et (3) celui du num\u00e9ro de lactation des receveuses.<\/p>\n<p>MATERIEL ET METHODES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une seule exploitation laiti\u00e8re (Oregon, USA).<\/li>\n<li>Receveuses\u00a0: 68 % de crois\u00e9es Holstein x Jersey et 29 % de Jersey et 3 % de Holstein.<\/li>\n<li>Receveuses\u00a0: 50 % de g\u00e9nisses (\u00e2ge moyen\u00a0: 357 jours : 331 \u00e0 441 jours), 33 % de primipares et 17 % de multipares (Stade du PP\u00a0des vaches : 89 jours en moyenne\u00a0: 53 \u00e0 196 jours).<\/li>\n<li>Transfert \u00e0 frais (80 %), apr\u00e8s vitrification (17 %) ou apr\u00e8s une cong\u00e9lation lente (3 %) de 3163 embryons obtenus in vitro, le transfert \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aux jours 7 ou 8 du cycle apr\u00e8s confirmation de la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un corps jaune.<\/li>\n<li>Stade des embryons transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 frais (2544) : jeune bastocyste (0,1 %), blastocyste (1,3 %), blastocyste expans\u00e9 (83 %), blastocyste sorti de pellucide (0,2 %) et blastocyste expans\u00e9 sorti de pellucide (0,07 %).<\/li>\n<li>Stade des embryons transf\u00e9r\u00e9s apr\u00e8s d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation (619)\u00a0: blastocyste (100 %).<\/li>\n<li>Trois groupes d\u2019animaux\u00a0: non trait\u00e9s (32 %), hCG (2500 UI) (34 %) et GnRH (86 \u03bcg de gonadoreline 2 ml de Fertagyl) (34 %).<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation des gestations par palpation au 37<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> jour de gestation et 60 jours avant le tarissement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LEURS RESULTATS<\/p>\n<p>Le % moyen de gestation a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 56.5 %. Il est remaquablement \u00e9lev\u00e9. Selon une synth\u00e8se de diff\u00e9rents travaux (Hansen et al. Journal of Animal Science, 2020, Vol. 98, No. 11, 1\u201320) relatifs au transfert de 12.261 embryons obtenus in vivo et in vitro, les % moyens de gestation sont compris entre 49 et 61 % (embryons frais obtenus in vivo), entre 35 et 59 % (embryons congel\u00e9s obtenus in vivo), entre 38 et 49 % (embryons frais obtenus in vitro) et entre 30 et 42 % (embryons congel\u00e9s obtenus in vitro) une diff\u00e9rence de 7,4 % \u00e9tant observ\u00e9 en faveur d\u2019embryons frais par rapport \u00e0 des embryons congel\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le % de gestation diminue (P&lt;0.001) avec l\u2019augmentation du num\u00e9ro de lactation\u00a0: 66,4 % chez les g\u00e9nisses, 52 % chez les primipares et 45,6 % chez les pluripares (Figure). L\u2019observation est classique, les vaches pr\u00e9sentant davantage de pathologies du postpartum que les g\u00e9nisses.<\/p>\n<p>Les traitements au moyen d\u2019hCG ou de GnRH contribuent \u00e0 augmenter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mais de mani\u00e8re non significative les % de gestation apr\u00e8s transfert \u00e0 frais de blastocystes. Cet effet est moins syst\u00e9matiquement observ\u00e9 apr\u00e8s transfert \u00e0 frais de blastocystes expans\u00e9s, l\u2019effet de la GnRH chez les primipares constitant une exception (Figure). L\u2019absence d\u2019effet a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le transfert d\u2019embryons congel\u00e9s. L\u2019absence d\u2019effets significatifs a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e au travers d\u2019une m\u00e9taanalyse de 52 publications relatives \u00e0 l\u2019injection de GnRH ou d\u2019hCG 4 \u00e0 15 jours apr\u00e8s l\u2019ins\u00e9mination.\u00a0 Selon les auteurs de cette \u00e9tude, ce type de traitement serait \u00e0 envisager qure si la ferrtilit\u00e9 du troupeau \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 45 % (Besbaci et al., J.
