Parmi les nombreux param\u00e8tres \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer, la <strong>teneur en prot\u00e9ines brutes (PB)<\/strong> des substituts de lait (SL) est un facteur d\u00e9terminant.<\/p>\n<p>Les SL classiques contiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 20 \u00e0 22 % de PB, mais plusieurs travaux r\u00e9cents ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l&#8217;effet de formulations plus concentr\u00e9es, d\u00e9passant 24 % de PB.
